This app had very limited functionality. It was a collection of mostly broken links that offered minimal visibility of your actual account info with limited features or access. There was no mechanism to adjust your payment or update most of your info without contacting an agent, and info on fees and changes were buried deeply. Having been told to sign for this as an ACH withdrawal plan at a dealership, this app did nothing to relieve worries that I had been pushed into a total scam.

Really limited app. Cant update payment info, and I can't reach a single person on their phone number.

instantly crashes. Totally unusable.

This is a big one — the AutoPayPlus app has been rebuilt from the ground up.
• A fresh new look. Redesigned Credit tab, new typography, cleaner account
cards, and quick actions from any account.
• Now in Spanish. Use the entire app in Spanish and switch languages anytime
from the menu.
• Change your withdrawal schedule. Pick a withdrawal date that works for you,
right from the app — and we'll let you know if a change isn't available.
